ER Connect is a free online services directory for agencies in WA who deliver Emergency Relief and Financial Counselling support to vulnerable citizens in WA. It can be used by both those providing these services and those seeking them.
If your organisation provides one or more of the following services or you are willing to receive clients with the purpose of providing them with information on how to find these services in your area, then you are eligible to register your organisational profile through ER Connect.
Basic material assistance, food, food vouchers, budgeting, car repairs, medication, Christmas hampers, educational expenses, fuel, furniture and household goods, ER information and support, assistance with bills, utilities and rent, showers, toiletries, transport costs, financial counselling and no/low interested loans.
In order to add/manage your organisation profile on ER Connect you will need to log in using your DropIN user account. If you do not have a DropIN user account you can register for free by clicking ‘register’ below. DropIN registrations are managed manually and can take up to 24 hours to be processed. If you have not received an invitation to set up your password via DropIN within 24 hours please contact WACOSS on 9420 7222 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have forgotten your DropIN account password, please click ‘forgot your password’. Enter your email or user name and a password reset email will be sent to your account.
Once you have your DropIN login and password, simply login via ER Connect.
